What is the Reduced Fat Diet Plan?

The adult guideline daily amount (GDA) for fat is 70g (this is based on an average female). However many of us consume more. High fat intake is associated with weight gain and heart problems.

This Plan is designed to reduce your total fat intake, while still including enough of the all-important essential fatty acids (from unsaturated fats). And don't worry, we haven't compromised on taste!
